Shipping

We do not offer a pickup option at this time.
We ship to Australia at this time, however there are some postcodes that we can't deliver to with our delivery partners at this stage. Exempt Postcodes: SOUTH AUSTRALIA 5701 TASMANIA 7151 WESTERN AUSTRALIA 6740 WESTERN AUSTRALIA 6743 Exempted postcodes are subject to change without notice
We use several delivery partners including Australia Post and couriers such as Toll. Items may be shipped as multiple deliveries depending on their size. Once the item is dispatched delivery is out of our hands and will depend on the couriers network. Tracked postage can be selected at the checkout - if you select this option you will be provided with the tracking number after dispatch - Please note these tracking numbers can take approx 48hr to appear in their systems.
We aim to dispatch within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment for goods. All of our goods are dispatched from Australian warehouses. If you order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed on the next business day after receiving cleared funds.

Warranty & Returns

Generally, a majority of our products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer. However, some certain products have a different warranty. Please read through the product description to determine warranty details. The product will become ineligible for warranty if misused by the customer or damaged in during delivery.
Please check the packaging thoroughly as the small components might become loose during shipping. If there is a part missing, please contact us immediately so that we can offer assistance. We will require photo (s) or video showing what it missing to assist with your claim.
This warranty only applies to items that are broken when arrived or appear to be not functioning on initial usage. The following terms and conditions apply to DOA warranty: You must check your item(s) and report the damages or faults(pictures or videos) to us by email upon receiving the item(s). We reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this timeframe or additional charges (postage and handling) may apply. Once we receive your email, we will review your claim and let you know what the outcome is. Please do not return your faulty item to us without our approval.
We aim to process all claims as soon as possible. Please ensure you contact us via email and attach any supporting photos or videos to assist with the processing of you claim. A refund or replacement will not be provided if products have been misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. All warranty, repairs and refunds are subject to the Terms & Conditions listed on our website.
